We rely heavily on these submissions to help us expand our coverage for you, the reader.

Press releases and photographs can be emailed to sarah.stultz@albertleatribune.com or lifestyles@albertleatribune.com, or sent in through an online form on our website. We aim to get all submissions into the paper within one week of the time they were submitted.

We ask that you check on submissions after one week if you don’t see them in the paper as sometimes there can be technical difficulties in receiving them.
