Albert Lea police arrested Luis Maldonado, 38, for identity theft at 11:20 a.m. Tuesday at 122 E. Main St.

1 cited for tobacco violation

A juvenile boy was cited for possessing tobacco at 11:51 a.m. Tuesday at 2000 Tiger Lane.

Thefts reported

A credit card was allegedly used without authorization at 10:41 a.m. Tuesday at 2305 Forest Ave. A suspect was identified.

Nearly $45 in gas was alleged stolen at 2:30 a.m. today at 1210 E. Main St. The vehicle used in the theft was described as a silver van with a male driver who was wearing a bright yellow sleeveless shirt.

Dog bite reported

A dog bite was reported at 5:31 p.m. Tuesday at 519 Triangle Drive.
