1 arrested on warrant

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Larry Junior Sirvergio Loving, 24, on warrants at 8:44 p.m. Wednesday at 701 Larimore Circle. Loving was held on a local warrant.

1 cited for theft

Albert Lea police cited Stephanie Antoinette Hill, 49, for misdemeanor theft at 5:53 p.m. Wednesday at 201 W. Main St. Hill was booked and released at Freeborn County jail.

Thefts reported

Items were missing at 3:14 p.m. Wednesday at 142 N. Broadway Ave.

Theft by fraud was reported at 3:29 p.m. Wednesday at 23087 Minnesota Highway 13.

Burglaries reported

Locks were allegedly broken off of a door and bolt cutters left at 4:29 p.m. Wednesday at 81027 Freeborn County Road 46, outside Hayward. An attempted break-in was suspected.

A shed was reported broken into at 9:04 p.m. Wednesday at 701 Larimore Circle.

Child in need of protection reported

A child in need of protection was reported at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in Albert Lea.

Domestic incident reported

A domestic incident was reported at 12:32 p.m. Wednesday at 702 E. 18th St.

Juvenile problem reported

A juvenile problem was reported at 11:37 a.m. Wednesday at 2000 Tiger Lane.
