Police cited Sebastian Wylde Wesley Miller, 25, for misdemeanor theft at 12:05 p.m. Monday at 2314 Hendrickson Road. Miller was cited after a pint bottle of Crown Royal Maple was taken.

A theft issue was alleged at 1:41 p.m. Monday at 143 W. Clark St.
