Nation of Patriots tour brings combat-flown flag to the area
The Nation of Patriots tour has come to Albert Lea.
The annual tour takes a flag flown in combat on a motorcycle and escorts it through 48 states over 100 days through Labor Day weekend.
The 2017 Nation of Patriots tour departed from Madison, Wisconsin, on Tuesday.
The Albert Lea Harley Owners Group volunteers are participating in the Nation of Patriots 2017 tour and accepted the flag from the Mason City HOG chapter on Wednesday at Bergdale Harley-Davidson.
The Albert Lea volunteers will escort the flag to Crow River Harley-Davidson in Delano today. The tour is open to the public, and riders are encouraged to join and honor the American flag and the country’s veterans.
