The Albert Lea boys’ tennis team hosted Waseca on Thursday, and stopped its recent slide with a dominant performance.
The Tigers soundly beat the Blue Jays 7-0.
“Tonight was a great way for our regular season to end,” Tigers coach Chris Withers said. “Our varsity team from top to bottom took control early and never let Waseca into the match.”
Albert Lea finished the regular season with a record of 7-7 and went 4-7 in the Big Nine Conference.
