The Lake Mills baseball was in action over the weekend with two games on Saturday.

After being shut out by St. Ansgar, the Bulldogs beat Northwood-Kensett 11-1.

Charlie Dugger pitched four innings for the Bulldogs and allowed one run on one hit. He went 3-4 at the plate with a home run and five RBI.

In the lost to St. Ansgar, Bulldogs pitcher Grant Fjelstad pitched 6 and 1/3 innings and struck out six.

On offense, Lake Mills mustered only three hits.

Lake Mills in 5-3 on the season and travel to North Union tonight.
