Andrew Nystrom of Fitchburg, Wisconsin, and Naomi Holt of Madison, Wisconsin, were married May 27, 2017, at First Lutheran Church in Albert Lea. The Rev. John Holt officiated. A reception followed at Wedgewood Cove.
The maid of honor was Bethany Holt, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Faith Swenson, Kristy Baumann, Kristen Staloch, Rebekah Jelinek, all friends of the bride; and Katherine Theisen, sister of the groom. Personal attendants were Ingrid Holt and Kelly Holt, sisters-in-law of the bride.
The best man was Samuel Benidt, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Daniel Rocker, cousin of the groom; Joshua LaGrave, friend of the groom; Matthew Theisen, brother-in-law of the groom; and Micah Holt and Nathan Holt, brothers of the groom.
The ring bearers were Elijah and Isaac Holt, nephews of the bride. The flower girl was Miriam Holt, niece of the bride. Ushers were Clark Casarella, friend of the groom; and Garrett Geesman, friend of the bride.
The bride is the daughter of John and Joan Holt of Albert Lea. She is a 2007 graduate of Albert Lea High School, a 2011 graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead and a 2015 graduate of Midwestern University of Downer’s Grove in Illinois, where she majored in biology and psychology and has master’s and doctorate in clinical psychology. She is employed as a clinical psychologist with the Veterans Administration in Madison.
The groom is the son of Timothy and Susan Nystrom of Foreston and is the granddaughter of Elizabeth Nystrom and Gladys Nygard of Milaca. He is a 2007 graduate of Milaca High School, a 2011 graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead and a 2015 graduate of University of Notre Dame, majoring in math and physics. He is employed at business analyst at TEKsystems in Madison.
The couple took a trip to Williamsburg, Virginia, for their honeymoon.
