The city of Albert Lea will have a community forum for the new fire station from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday  in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, according to a press release.

Presentations will be held at the top of every hour detailing the two site options that were chosen as possibilities for the new station. City officials will be available to answer questions.

The City Council authorized city staff to proceed with design studies of two locations: East Main St. from the township building east toward the channel, and the Blazing Star Landing (former Farmland site).
