The Albert Lea Tribune sponsors a weekly contest to highlight photographers in the area.

The contest, organized by our own photographer, Colleen Harrison, allows people to submit up to two photos with captions that you took by Thursday each week. Of the photos submitted, Harrison will select a winner each week that will then be printed in the weekend edition of the newspaper that prints on Saturdays.

Traveled somewhere and taken some amazing photos? Come across something neat in your own backyard and photographed it? Send the photos our way.

Photos can be emailed to colleen.harrison@albertleatribune.com, mailed in or dropped at the Tribune office at 808 W. Front St. in Albert Lea. The winner is printed in the Albert Lea Tribune and albertleatribune.com each Saturday. If you have questions, call Harrison at 379-3436.
