1 arrested for DWI

Albert Lea police arrested Russ Alan Rodberg, 58, for second-degree driving while intoxicated, gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation and a B card violation during a traffic stop at 7:14 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of East Main Street and Prospect Avenue.

Items stolen, damaged

A house was reported broken into at 6:07 p.m. Thursday at 23044 855th Ave., outside Oakland. A door was kicked in, the house ransacked and guns and a bottle of change were reported missing.

Damage to motorcycles were reported at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at 74844 175th St., outside Albert Lea.

Damage to windows on a Chrysler Town & Country van were reported at 6:30 a.m. Thursday at 1106 Belmont St.

Damage to property was reported at 1:51 p.m. Thursday at 522 Grace St. A door was kicked in and a window pane was broken.

Child abuse/neglect reported

A child abuse/neglect report was made at 8:31 a.m. Thursday in the Glenville area.

A child abuse/neglect report was made at 3:54 p.m. Thursday in Albert Lea.

1 cited for assault/disorderly conduct

Police cited one person for assault/disorderly conduct after a fight was reported at 12:24 p.m. Thursday at 2200 Riverland Drive.

2 arrested on warrants

Jeremiah Michael Jean, 31, turned himself in on a local warrant at 12:18 p.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

Police arrested Gilberto Sanchez Jr. on a local warrant at 9:22 p.m. Thursday at 1018 S. Broadway Ave.
