3 arrested for drunken driving
Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Jason Steven Allen, 35, for first-degree felony driving while intoxicated, fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle and gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation during a traffic stop at 12:03 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of 170th Street and Freeborn County Road 34.
Deputies cited Russell Patrick Lien, 21, fourth-degree DWI after a traffic crash with no injuries was reported at 4:10 a.m. Sunday on Interstate 90, west of Albert Lea.
Albert Lea police arrested Jaymie Davionne Collins, 24, for fourth-degree DWI, for having at least a .08 blood alcohol content and for driving after suspension during a traffic stop at 1:31 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of East Main Street and Morningside Road.
1 arrested for tampering with vehicle, theft
Police arrested Spencer Adam Edwards, 27, for tampering with a motor vehicle and theft after tampering with a motor vehicle was reported at 5:49 a.m. Saturday at 1902 E. Main St.
1 arrested for assault
Police arrested Sarah Margret Grausam, 26, for fourth-degree assault, disorderly conduct and trespassing after an intoxicated person was reported at 1 a.m. Saturday at 2145 Kenneth Drive.
2 arrested for violations
Deputies arrested Gary Curtis Walstrom, 70, for a domestic abuse no-contact order violation at 8:24 p.m. Sunday at 81630 255th St., outside Albert Lea.
Police arrested Tyler Scott Boyum, 29, for violating a domestic abuse no-contact order and an order for protection after a violation was reported at 4:07 p.m. Sunday at 2430 Bridge Ave.
3 cited for underage drinking
Police cited two juveniles and Christopher John Seedorf Jr., 18, for underage drinking after disorderly conduct was reported at 9:14 p.m. Friday at 323 W. College St.
2 arrested on warrants
Police arrested Cruz Stephen Honsey, 22, on a Ramsey County warrant during a traffic stop at 8:17 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of South Broadway Avenue and East Main Street.
Alex Cortez Jr., 22, turned himself in on a local warrant at 5:12 a.m. Monday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.
Child in need of protection, sexual assault reported
A child in need of protection was reported at 12:17 p.m. Saturday in Albert Lea.
A sexual assault report was made at 2:46 p.m. Sunday in Albert Lea.
Items stolen, damaged
Five to six railroad ties were reported stolen at 2:56 p.m. Sunday at 204 Second Ave S, in Freeborn.
A gas drive-off was reported at 7:57 a.m. Friday at 901 W. Main St.
A red BMX bike was reported stolen from a garage at 3:13 p.m. Friday at 920 W. William St.
The front end of a lawn mower was reported stolen at 7:26 a.m. Saturday at 517 W. Main St. Two front wheels valued at $30 each and one lawn tractor battery valued at $50 were taken.
A gun was reported stolen at 1:34 p.m. Saturday at 1107 Hershey St.
A phone and tablet were reported stolen from a house at 1:51 p.m. Saturday at 1205 St. John Ave.
