Men access the damage left in Harvey’s wake

Tribune photographer Colleen Harrison is spending two weeks assisting at the Port Arthur News, a sister newspaper in Boone Newspapers in Port Arthur, Texas. Port Arthur American Legion Cmdr. Robert “Shakey Bob” Bailey, left, and Financial Officer Jerry Millwood survey the damage done to the Port Arthur, Texas, club by Tropical Storm Harvey. The club will have to remain closed to members and the public until it can be restored. Bailey thinks the Legion post will have to take out a loan in order to cover whatever expenses are left by its insurance policy.
