Erin Claussen and Nick Cincotta, both of Chicago, were married on Oct. 19, 2017, in Asheville, North Carolina. The ceremony was officiated by Anna de Vitry.

The bride is the daughter of Dan and Therese Claussen of Albert Lea and the granddaughter of Sylvia Dziura and the late Casey Dzuria and June and Dell Claussen, all of Albert Lea. She is a 2004 graduate of Albert Lea High School and 2008 graduate of Luther College. She is an orthotist at Lurie Children’s Hospital.

The groom is the son of Jenny Cincotta and Frank Cincotta, both of Chicago, and the grandson of Flora Cincotta of Fulton, New York. He is a 2000 graduate of Palatine High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Chicago, where he majored in international studies. He is an account director at Nordic.
