On her senior night Tuesday, Wagner scored a season-high 34 points in an 82-70 loss to Indiana. Her total was tied for the second most in her career and was four points off her career high of 38 set at Michigan last season. Wagner also set a career high with six steals and matched a personal best with 13 made field goals. Wagner’s 34 points also pushed her career total to 2,106 to move ahead of Carol Ann Shudlick (2,097 from 1990-94) for third in Minnesota scoring history.

In Sunday’s 84-75 win over Illinois, Wagner posted 21 points and a career-high 11 rebounds. It was her fifth career double-double and second of the season. She made three 3-pointers and added three assists.

It’s the first time this season and the third time in her career that Wagner has been placed on the B1G’s Honor Roll. Last week, she was named the Big Ten’s co-Player of the Week for the first time during her Minnesota tenure.

As the No. 4 seed in the Big Ten Tournament, the Gophers will open play on Friday at approximately 1:30 p.m. They will face the winner of No. 5 Iowa’s matchup against either No. 13 Wisconsin or No. 12 Northwestern.
