Albert Lea police cited a juvenile for domestic assault, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property after terroristic threats were reported at 7:16 a.m. Wednesday at 1442 Todd Ave. The juvenile was taken to Many Rivers Juvenile Detention Center in Olmsted County.
1 cited for underage drinking
Police cited a juvenile for underage drinking after an intoxicated person was reported at 10:34 p.m. Wednesday at 518 W. Main St.
Items stolen
Someone’s identity and ladder were reported taken at 2:24 p.m. Wednesday at 72047 290th St., outside Hartland.
A car was reported broken into at 10:11 p.m. Wednesday at 2500 Bridge Ave. An iPhone charger was missing, and the car was reportedly unlocked. The alleged victim was at work when the incident occurred.
Money in the amount of $260 was reported taken out of an apartment at 9:47 a.m. Tuesday at 204 E. Front St.
A $324.23 forged check was reported passed at 9:07 p.m. Tuesday at Hy-Vee, 2708 Bridge Ave.
3 arrested on warrants
Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Fredson Frank, 33, on a local warrant at 7:37 p.m. Tuesday at 2410 Y.H. Hanson Ave.
Police arrested James Michael Harris, 31, on a Mower County warrant at 11:52 a.m. Wednesday at 408 S. Broadway Ave. At the scene, police cited Cole Lamont Matthies, 33, for driving after suspension.
Police arrested Joseph Lee Marlin, 35, on a local warrant at 7:41 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Edina Avenue and East 10th Street.
