1. ‘Ole and Lena’

Classic Scandinavian couple Ole and Lena come to life Saturday night and Sunday afternoon thanks to a husband and wife team. In the comedic performance, Lena decides she and Ole are going to celebrate their anniversary with a vow renewal. Ole’s mind is on other things — namely, the local ice fishing tournament. “Ole and Lena’s 50th Anniversary and Vow Renewal” starts at 7 p.m. Saturday and 3 p.m. Sunday at Marion Ross Performing Arts Center.

2. Spring craft show

Northbridge Mall will host a spring craft show over the weekend. The show will feature local craft vendors. Pieces will be on sale starting at 10 a.m. Friday. The craft show ends at 4 p.m. Sunday.

3. ‘Driving Miss Daisy’

One Pulitzer and four Academy Awards later, “Driving Miss Daisy” is coming to the Marion Ross Performing Arts Center in play form at 7:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday. Miss Daisy, an elderly Jewish matron, is forced into having a chauffeur by her son, Boolie. Daisy is none too happy about her dependence on Hoke, the chauffeur who is a black man. Set in mid-century Atlanta, “Driving Miss Daisy” is a discussion about race, friendship and aging.

4. WindSync

A bassoon, clarinet, flute, an oboe and a French horn round out the quintet that is WindSync, performing at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Albert Lea High School. The group is known for its energy and mix of classical music with more well-known tunes to bring a broad range of music to the audience.

5. Live music at 5 Alarm Brewing Co.

In addition to the sounds of a standard Saturday night out, the Lake Mills brewery will also be filled with the music of singer-songwriter Dustin Prinz. Prinz uses his guitar as both string instrument and drum in a style that blends picking and guitar tapping he calls “parapicking.” Prinz will perform from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday at 5 Alarm Brewing Co.
