1 arrested for drunken driving

Albert Lea police arrested Derrick Dewayne Edwards, 34, for driving while intoxicated after a domestic incident was reported at 3:51 a.m. Friday at 215 E. Second St.

2 cited for violations

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies cited Amanda Marie Ammouri for possessing drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop at 10:50 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of West Ninth Street and U.S. Highway 69.

Police cited Shelby Lavonne Tetzloff, 22, for possessing a small amount of marijuana during a traffic stop at 11:42 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of South Pearl Street and South Washington Avenue.

Thefts reported

Theft by fraud regarding a male with an accent claiming to represent Microsoft stating the company’s license needs updating was made at 6:44 p.m. Thursday at 16853 785th Ave. in the Albert Lea area. A previous scam was also reported.

A 1980s era green and black Arctic Cat snowmobile was reported taken at 8:06 p.m. Thursday at 79433 Freeborn County Road 46 in the Albert Lea area. A suspect was identified.

1 arrested on warrants

Police arrested a juvenile girl on two warrants at 8:21 a.m. Thursday at Albert Lea High School, 2000 Tiger Lane.
