Monday marks the second day of Tribune photographer Colleen Harrison’s ongoing series “A day in the life.”

The first day of the series featured longtime milk tester Lester Perschbacher, and today’s segment features beekeeper Lon Nelson, who is a retired teacher and coach.

What these two men do is out of the norm, and we hope it has been fun for you to take a peek into the ins and outs of their day-to-day lives.

We’re looking for other people with awesome jobs or hobbies who wouldn’t mind showcasing what they do in the newspaper.

Our photographer would tag along for a day and get an inside view into their work and then put together a photo story that would run in the newspaper and online.
