1 arrested for domestic assault by strangulation

Albert Lea police arrested Kevin Badman Painter, 38, for domestic assault by strangulation after a domestic incident was reported at 10:20 p.m. Thursday at 1025 St. John Ave.

 

4 cited for violations

Police cited a juvenile for disorderly conduct after disorderly conduct was reported at 2:12 p.m. Thursday at Albert Lea High School, 2000 Tiger Lane. The juvenile was released to the person’s father.

Police cited two juveniles for marijuana possession after drug violations were reported at 2:27 p.m. Thursday at 2000 Tiger Lane.

Police cited a juvenile after a drug violation was reported at 11:59 a.m. Thursday at Southwest Middle School, 1601 W. Main St.

 

Burglary reported

A burglary report was filed at 4:09 p.m. Thursday at 10845 Main St. in Glenville.

 

Identity theft reported

Identity theft was reported at 10:19 a.m. Thursday at 2000 Tiger Lane.

 

2 arrested on warrants

Police arrested Phillip Potter, 57, on a Brown County warrant at 7:18 p.m. Thursday at 2214 E. Main St.

Police arrested Jordon Allen VanRyswyk, 31, on a local warrant at 1:01 p.m. Thursday at 117 Adams Ave.
