I love the GOP, who do what they do best — lie. They, of course, have a great teacher who lies about things he doesn’t have to lie about. But the lies about the DFL and other Democrats are despicable. Tim Walz has represented our district well, even a little too conservative for my tastes. It’s rich for the GOP to criticize him for missing the votes for naming post offices and other minor laws they pass, even though GOP Congress limits sessions to about 25 percent of the year. I love the way Hagedorn claims Feehan has not been in Minnesota for much of his career, though he fought in Iraq/Afghanistan when Hagedorn didn’t serve at all, except working 30 years at the Department of Engraving,where he got experience to make money. This is very appropriate for a party that doesn’t believe the deficit is important unless Democrats are in power. The worst lie the entire GOP is telling: Keeping the pre-existing conditions for Americans after they voted 60 times to repeal ACA and have a lawsuit that will repeal everything the ACA contains, including pre-existing conditions. By the way, how’s that tax cut we got? Vote for Democrats if you want Congress and the Legislature to do their job for all Americans.
