It may be hard to think about summer when all the snow is not yet melted, but here at the Tribune, that’s exactly what we’re doing.

We are in the beginning stages of planning for our Summer Times special section, which publishes at the beginning of June and highlights all of the big events of the summer and the assets of the Albert Lea area at that time of year.

Whether it’s festivals, athletic events, foot races, events on the lake or community festivals in the smaller towns in the area, among many others, there’s always a lot going on.
