2 arrested for drunk driving

Police arrested Stephanie Ruth Breuer, 34, for third-degree driving while intoxicated at 2:20 a.m. Thursday near the intersection of Garfield Avenue and Ramsey Street.

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Magen Michelle Whitten, 29, for second-degree driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a .08 blood alcohol content or more in two hours, no proof of insurance and improper turn after a traffic stop at 1:46 a.m. Thursday near the intersection of Sibley Avenue and Marshall Street.

 

2 arrested on warrants

Albert Lea police arrested Joseph John Hanson, 48, on a local warrant at 7:01 p.m. Wednesday at 121 N. Broadway.

Police arrested Douglas Michael Tschann, 68, on a local warrant at 4:49 a.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway.
