4 arrested for drunk driving
Deputies arrested Gordon Prempeh Jr., 36, for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at 10:29 p.m. Friday near the intersection of U.S. Highway 69 and 180th Street.
Deputies arrested Annika Lynn Peterson for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 or more within two hours, driving after revocation and driving with no lights after a traffic stop at 12:57 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of U.S. Highway 69 and High Street.
Deputies cited Zachary Richard Hoverson, 28, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at 1:44 a.m. Sunday at 1210 E. Main St.
Police arrested Brilayne Johnelle Garcia, 19, for driving while intoxicated and fifth-degree possession after a traffic stop at 8:32 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of East Main Street and Sibley Avenue.
Man arrested for meth possession
A Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office deputy arrested Michael Allen Porter of Fairmont for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 1:04 a.m. Sunday on the Interstate 35 northbound on-ramp near Highway 105. Reports stated the traffic stop was for an equipment violation. A deputy with the narcotics K9 were called to assist, and a search of the vehicle was conducted.
4 arrested on warrants
Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Kevin Earl Whelan, 65, on a local warrant at 5:55 p.m. Friday after he was reportedly walking on the freeway.
Deputies arrested David Anthony Scott Hare, 35, on a local warrant at 9:50 p.m. Saturday at 83068 Freeborn County Road 46 in Hayward.
Cortney Leah Barbosa, 27, was arrested in Mower County on a local warrant at 11:48 p.m. Saturday. She is also charged with fifth-degree meth possession, possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police arrested Nichole Marie Segura, 46, on a local warrant at 4 p.m. Sunday at 2611 Bridge Ave.
Juvenile cited for marijuana in vehicle
Deputies cited a juvenile for marijuana in a motor vehicle over 1.4 grams, drug paraphernalia and no proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 1:28 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of East Main Street and South Newton Avenue.
Man arrested for probation violation
Police arrested Erik John Seath, 39, for a probation violation at 10:31 a.m. Sunday at 608 Lincoln Ave.
Windows broken out
The back window of a red Trailblazer was reported broken out at 6:19 a.m. Friday at 1704 Sunset St.
A white Mongoose bike was reported stolen at 10:19 a.m. Friday at 624 Larimore Circle.
A window was reported broken out of a vehicle at 9:37 a.m. Saturday at 917 S. Broadway. Four tires were also reported punctured.
2 cited for theft
Police cited Richard Dean Hanson for misdemeanor theft at 1:28 p.m. Friday from Bomgaars, 1721 W. Main St.
Police cited Cassandra Ann Vander Woude for theft at 7:21 p.m. Saturday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.
1 arrested for domestic assault
Police arrested Willie Padilla for felony domestic assault at 8:27 p.m. Friday at 1218 Frank Hall Drive.
