Albert Lea High School students observe Day of Silence

About 15 Albert Lea High School students participated in the Day of Silence on April 26. The National Day of Silence is an annual day of action to spread awareness about the effects of bullying and harassment on members of the LGBTQ+ community. Students take a day-long vow of silence to symbolically represent the silencing of LGBTQ students. - Provided
