A.L. student listed on president’s list
Priyadharshine Ramesh Babu of Albert Lea was named to the president’s list for the fall semester at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia.
UW-Stout announces graduates
Brianna See-Rockers of Albert Lea recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. The Albert Lea High School alumni received a bachelor’s degree in retail merchandising and management.
ISU releases dean’s list
Sydney Larson of Lake Mills and Jenna Jorgensen of Northwood were both listed on the Iowa State University dean’s list for the fall semester. Both students are majoring in family and consumer science education and studies.
Students named to the dean’s list must have earned a grade point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 point scale while carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded course work.
Local students honored
The University of Wisconsin-Madison has recognized students named to the dean’s list for the fall semester of the 2018-19 academic year. To be eligible for the dean’s list, students must complete a minimum of 12 graded degree credits in that semester. Among those honored were Dayna Edwards of Albert Lea and Benjamin Lewer of New Richland.
Area students named to dean’s list
The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth released its fall semester dean’s list. Among those recognized were Kelli Broitzman of Albert Lea, Sydney Dahl of Emmons, Amanda Enger of Twin Lakes and Nikolle Guion of Albert Lea.
Dean’s list members have achieved a 3.75 grade point average or above on a 4.0 scale.
St. Mary’s University releases dean’s list
Nyakume Dup, daughter of Simon Dup and Mary Puok Dup, and Emily Ortiz, daughter of Miguel and Aletha Ortiz, were listed on the St. Mary’s University of Minnesota dean’s list.
The list includes 328 undergraduate students who earned a grade point average of 3.60 or better on a 4.0 scale.
Local students recognized
The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire has released its dean’s list for the fall 2018 semester.
Kessa Albright of Albert Lea and Zachary Zabrocki of Alden were both among those honored.
Winona State University honors area students
Winona State University announces the dean’s list for fall semester 2018.
Among those honored were Bryce Banton and Kayla Roberts of Alden; Brett Brownrigg, Krista Davis, Amber Lobb, Leah Meineke, Amanda Montes, Justice Morua, Brooke Paulson, Natalie Peek, Eve Peterson, ReAnn Peterson, Kaitlyn Raatz, Sara Rasmussen and Cassidy Williams of Albert Lea; Ryann Hagen and Anna Stork of New Richland; Cole Lenort and Colleen Peterson of Clarks Grove; Lindsey Olson of Hayward; Katelyn Nelson of Glenville; Kelson Titus of Geneva; and Carly Weber of Wells.
To be named to the dean’s list, a student must be an undergraduate enrolled full time, at least 12 credit hours for a grade, and achieve a minimum grade point average of 3.5.
