Albert Lea Floats and Plays had its fifth annual free boating event June 1 for the community. Community Education brought canoes, kayaks, hamboards and stand up paddle boards at Frank Hall Park for people to use. For the first year, Parks and Recreation provided children’s activities in the form of yard games and a bouncy house as well as craft activities.
