Police arrested Mera Belle Harris, 22, for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at 12:44 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Elizabeth Avenue and East Main Street.

 

Attempted break-in reported

An attempted break-in to an enclosed trailer was reported at 12:49 p.m. Wednesday at 505 W. Front St.

 

1 arrested on warrant

Kelly Lynn Garner, 49, turned herself in on a local warrant at 5:56 a.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway.

 

Hit-and-run reported

A hit-and-run crash involving two semis was reported at 6:05 p.m. Thursday at 2751 E. Main St.
