1 arrested for DWI twice in one night

Police arrested Nallely Bueno Guzman, 18, for driving while impaired at 12:54 a.m. at 1210 E. Main St. She was arrested a second time for DWI at 4:37 a.m.

A hit-and-run crash was reported at 2:14 p.m. Monday at 718 Water St.

Police arrested Jocelyn Leslie Pater, 22 on a local warrant at 10:17 p.m. Monday at 2401 Gene Ave.
