The Albert Lea United Employees Credit Union recently received a 5-star superior rating from BauerFinancial, an independent financial rating agency, according to a press release.
United Employees Credit Union has earned Bauer’s highest rating for financial strength and stability, and has maintained that top rating for 93 consecutive quarters, according to the release.
The credit union has also been awarded the designation of Exceptional Performance Credit Union. This designation is reserved specifically for institutions that have earned Bau’s highest rating continuously for 10 years or longer, the release stated.
BauerFinancial said in the release it would like to congratulate Mr. Matt Maras, president, and the team at United Employees Credit Union.
“Strong leadership and dedication to excellence both inside the branch and outside among its members are the building blocks for such success,” BauerFinancial President Karen L. Dorway said.” Credit unions, like United Employees Credit Union, are fiscally fit because they go the extra mile to help their membership be fiscally-fit as well. In the end, United Employees Credit Union and its members both reap the benefits.”
