Albert Lea Parks & Recreation, along with SHIP, will host a Community Health & Wellness Fair on Monday, according to a press release.  The fair will be from 10:30 a.m. to 1: 30 p.m. at the Senior Center in Skyline Plaza and is free for the community. 

Attendees are welcome to join the educational and informative event, where many vendors will be on hand, as well as food demos by Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea Dietitian Emily Schmidt and SNAP educator Thelma Garcia, the release stated.   A mental health panel discussion will be at 1 p.m. with a live feed by KATE Radio.
