The public is welcome to join ALEAP from 6 to 8 p.m. Jan. 16 at the Albert Lea Economic Development Agency downtown location conference room, 132 N. Broadway in Albert Lea, according to a press release.

ALEAP meets monthly and offers aspiring entrepreneurs, business owners and anyone passionate about business an opportunity to connect and learn with a supportive group of peers. ALEAP networking events are free, open to anyone and no RSVP is required to attend.

This month the group will discuss its goals for the new year. The event will be in the new downtown ALEDA/Albert Lea-Freeborn County Chamber of Commerce offices for food, drinks and sharing hopes, dreams and goals for 2020, the release stated.
