Windows broken out

A window was reported broken out of a car at 5:07 a.m. Sunday at 1916 Bimelich Lane.

A window was reported broken out at 9:28 a.m. Sunday at 430 Garfield Ave.

The back window of a vehicle was reported broken out at 3:31 p.m. Sunday at 429 St. Peter Ave. The incident had reportedly happened in the 30 minutes before it was reported.

 

1 arrested for DWI

Police arrested Myint Kyi, 30, of Albert Lea for driving while intoxicated and open container violation after a traffic stop at 11:14 p.m. Friday near the intersection of Bridge Avenue and Katherine Street. Hso Gay, 29, of Albert Lea, was arrested for fifth-degree meth possession.

 

1 arrested after burglary

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Adam Ly Haas, 27, on Sunday after receiving a report at 3:21 a.m. Saturday of a burglary at the Conoco gas station at 315 Johnson St. in Hartland.

 

1 arrested for domestic assault

Deputies arrested Italo Gomez, 34, for domestic assault at 10:28 p.m. Saturday at 324 W. Main St. in Alden.

 

Damage reported

Cables were reported cut and batteries taken from tractors at 12:32 p.m. Sunday at 10710 900th Ave., Lyle.

Police received a report at 9:50 a.m. Saturday of a door that had been reported kicked in Friday night at 909 Janson St.

 

Fraudulent card use reported

Police received a report at 10:16 a.m. Saturday that someone had fraudulently used a debit card multiple times.
