A Glenville woman died Saturday night after her vehicle and a semi collided on Interstate 90 in Martin County. 

Linda Marline Goude, 72, was reportedly driving a 1996 Mercury Sable eastbound on I-90 mile marker 83 in Jay Township, when her vehicle collided with a 2014 Freightliner semi also driving eastbound, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. 

The semi’s driver, Wilner Pierre, 50, of Valrico, Florida, was not injured. 

The crash took place at 11:05 p.m. The report stated both drivers were wearing their seat belts, and alcohol was not a factor. 

The State Patrol was assisted by the Martin County Sheriff’s Office; the Sherburn police, fire and ambulance crews; and the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
