Encourage people with words when they are down.
Help others out when they need supplies.
Say “I love you” a lot.
Pray a lot.
Appreciate what I have — food, shelter, clothes.
Thank God for all he does.
If you can’t go on vacation, think of the places where you have been and relive the memory.
Turn a bad thing into a good thing!
Think of a hug and know you are loved!
