Deputies arrested Joel Daniel Davis, 41, for second-degree assault at 1:40 p.m. Monday at 74538 165th St., Albert Lea. 

 

Shed, vehicle rummaged through

Deputies received a report at 3:23 p.m. Monday of a shed that was reported gone through and a vehicle that was tampered with at 86392 160th St., Glenville. 

A vehicle was reported rummaged through at 12:57 p.m. Monday at 1006 Virginia Place. About $20 to $30 in quarters were reported stolen from the vehicle. 

 

1 arrested on violation

Police arrested David Frances Turner, 40, on a harassment restraining order violation at 6:59 p.m. Monday at 217 S Third Ave. 

 

1 injured in crash

Arlexxus M. Ellerbe, 24, received minor injuries Monday afternoon after his vehicle crashed off of East Main Street onto Marshall Street and hit a parked car. 

Police stated Ellerbe was driving a 2006 Infinity FX east on Main Street and was attempting to negotiate a curve in the road when he reportedly crossed the median east of Sibley Street, went through the grass, crossed Marshall Street, hit a retaining wall and struck a parked 1966 Rambler HT.

Ellerbe had a suspected minor injury and had to be extracted from his vehicle.
