AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ALBERT LEA, MINNESOTA AMENDING CHAPTER
4 – ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

THE CITY OF ALBERT LEA ORDAINS:

On May 9, 2022 the Albert Lea City Council held a regular city council meeting and approved passage of Chapter 4 – Article II of the Code of Ordinances amending Beer Restrictions and Regulations – Sec. 4.076 (5)

(5) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, no license shall be granted for any building within three hundred (300) feet of any public school.

The amendment was adopted by the City Council of the City of Albert Lea the 9th day of May, 2022
