Esebell Reistad, aka Isabell Reistad, Isabell Crumb, Maridee Reistad, the
unknown heirs of Edward M. Reistad, Lillian Reistad, Lorin Reistad, and Loren Reistad, and Edward Reistad, deceased, and all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate, interest or lien in the real estate described in the Complaint herein, Defendants.

SUMMONS
STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS:
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to serve upon the Plaintiff’s attorney an Answer to the Complaint in the above entitled action, which Complaint is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves, affects, or brings in question real property situated in the County of Freeborn, State of Minnesota, described as follows:
The East 68 feet of the West 135 feet of Lot 2, in Outlot “C” in the City of Hartland, Minnesota, according to the plat of the same recorded in the Office of the County Recorder within and for the County of Freeborn and State of Minnesota.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the object of this action is to determine adverse claims to the real estate and to have title to said real estate quieted in fee simple in the Plaintiff and to have it adjudged that the Plaintiff is the owner of said real estate as stated in the Complaint in fee simple absolutely, and that the Defendants, or any of them or any other persons or parties have no right, title, estate, lien, interest or easement therein, thereto or thereupon.

Notice is further given that no personal claim is made by Plaintiff against any of the Defendants.
