NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Albert Lea Planning Commission will meet in City Hall Council Chambers, 221 E Clark St, Albert Lea, MN, 56007 at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 6 th , 2022 to
consider the following:
1. Amendment to the Conditional Use Permit pertaining to screening at 2021 Main St W.
2. Amending Section 50.0934 Locational and site development standards as it pertains to above ground storage tanks.
3. Amending Chapter 50, Article III, Division 8- B-2 Community Business District as it pertains to building design standards.
4. Amending Chapter 34, Article II as it pertains to storage of garbage.
5. Amending Section 50.0018 Accessory buildings, fences and site appurtenances as it pertains to durable fencing materials.
6. Amending Section 50.0018 Accessory buildings, fences and site appurtenances as it pertains to the maximum size for accessory structures.
Persons who desire to be heard in reference to the above request will be heard at this meeting. Written
