LEGAL NOTICE

The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (Minn Rule 7049.0830) and the City of Albert Lea Code of Ordinances (Section 44.090) provide that the City annually publish the names of industrial users who significantly violate pretreatment standards. Ventura Foods, LLC has been unable to operate and maintain their facility within permit limitations for the discharge of oil and grease into the sanitary sewer system. Notice of the violations and publication have been submitted to the Minnesota Pollution Control
Agency.
