Historical museum to present Night at the Museum event

From 7 to 8:30 p.m. April 12 fthe Freeborn County Historical Museum will come to life. This event was a lot of fun last year, and staff are excited to be bringing it back for a second year in a row.
You’ve seen the movie, now join the museum as exhibits come to life with a variety of characters throughout the museum. Guests will be able to interact with personalities like Wilma the Woolly, Teddy Roosevelt, SpongeBob, Eddie Cochran and more. They may even see Champion the Wonder Horse.
Popcorn, soda and the movie “Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian,” will be shown in the museum’s meeting room. This event is perfect for people of all ages — bring the whole family, or come alone.
Tickets are $5 for individuals, $20 for households and free for children age 3 and under. Tickets will be available at the door of the event and will not be available for pre-purchase.
