Patricia “Patty” A Clifford

Patricia (Patty) Ann Clifford, 83 of Albert Lea passed away peacefully at her home on March 27th, 2024.
Patty was born on June 30, 1940 in St. James, MN, to Vernon and Ardus (Kelly) Clifford and she came from a very loving home. She lived most all her life in Albert Lea. Patty was a member of First Lutheran Church where she was baptized and confirmed.
Patty worked at Cedar Valley for more than 50 years. She loved listening to music; especially Elvis, and listening or watching Twins baseball; often carrying a transistor radio with her. She also loved to play BINGO and enjoyed visiting with friends and family, and lunches or coffee visits with her brother.
Patty lived with her extended family at Elm Home for thirty years and the last 3 years with her family at REM.
Patty is survived by her brother, Bill (Pat) and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Ardus; her brother, Perry; and grandparents, Harry and Abbie Kelly and Billy and Ann Clifford.
Her family thanks all the wonderful staff at REM and Elm Home for the care and love they gave Patty every day. They also thank Mayo hospice for their wonderful care and comfort.
Patty will be missed by all who were in her life.
A memorial Service will be held at Bonnerup Funeral and Cremation Services in Albert Lea, MN on April 3rd, at 12:00 PM; Pastor Trish Reedstrom will oficiate. Patty’s family will greet guests at a visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Guests are invited to a luncheon following the service. Interment at Graceland Cemetery in Albert Lea, MN will be held at a later date.
The family prefers any memorials go to Mayo Hospice, your church or favorite charity in Patty’s name.
