What you will need:
Craft eggs
Paper napkins in various prints.
Mod Podge (Matte formula)
Small paint brushes
Baking cooling rack
Directions
Cut paper napkins in quarters.
Remove plain paper backing layer and throw that part away. Each egg will take approximately one cocktail size napkin.
Take egg and apply light coat of Mod Podge on half of the craft egg.
Take a piece of napkin pieces and place on egg. Coat again with Mod Podge.
Repeat turning the egg covering all exposed parts of egg. This will have a rough and textured look.
Place on wire cooling rack to allow to air dry each side of egg. Drying takes approximately two hours.
The ways you can style these eggs are endless for spring. We are using a white basket tray lined with Spanish moss and greens. A spring bunny is placed in the center with alternating solid eggs and decoupage eggs on the sides. Look for things you have in the house. They make the perfect addition to a basket or table centerpiece for spring.
