The VFW baseball team picked up a win over Byron 6-5.

Brody Rassler led the offense going 3 for 4 and Sam McGill going 2 for 2 and one run scored and an RBI.

Aiden Boss provided the game winning hit with bases loaded in the seventh inning.

Rassler pitched 6 2/3 innings with three strikeouts giving up five hits.

McGill came in to get the win.

The VFW is now 6 and 1 for the season.
