Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Mental health matters; I’ve been a social worker for over 15 years and recently obtained my licensure (LGSW) to provide therapeutic services. I have joined Tara Jeno and Terry Whitman at Stellar Wellness, located in the Skyline Plaza. My hope is to help alleviate some of the long waitlists that we currently have within our community. I have immediate availability for new clients!

I reside in Albert Lea with my significant other and our four children. We are involved in the community and enjoy giving back to others. I have extensive training and education working with individuals and families impacted by trauma.

I work primarily with teens and adults. My professional background includes working with people impacted by family violence, high conflict divorce/child custody/paternity, and consulting with child protection on high needs cases. I worked for the Guardian ad Litem program for over five years in both juvenile and family court. I was the family court supervisor for all of southern Minnesota for the past three years. I utilize a family system, strength-based approach. I also enjoy teaching mindfulness practices and somatic exercises for a whole-body approach to mental wellness.
