Police arrested Ryan Jacob Chirpich, 26, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after a traffic crash at 9:21 p.m. Tuesday at 1302 Martin Road.

Dog bite reported

Police received a report at 10:34 p.m. Tuesday of a 12-year-old boy who was reportedly bitten in the face by a stray dog on the 900 block of Garfield Avenue.
