The Albert Lea Planning Commission public hearing slated for Tuesday evening has been canceled due to illness, according to the city of Albert Lea. The hearing regarding the draft zoning law that would limit the locations for new cannabis, off-sale liquor, tobacco and sexually-oriented businesses has been rescheduled for Aug. 20 at City Hall, 221 E. Clark St.
