Police received a report at 12:12 p.m. Monday of two pair of shoes that were stolen at 2339 Leland Drive at about noon.

Man arrested on warrant

Police arrested Justin Paul Lee, 36, on a local warrant at 12:58 a.m. Monday after receiving a report of a man on a dirt bike who had crashed near South Broadway and Hillcrest Road. The man reportedly got back up and left.

Garage door damaged

A garage door was damaged at 9:36 a.m. Monday at 1806 S.E. Marshall St.

Fraudulent card use reported

Police received a report at 11:50 a.m. Monday of a fraudulent credit card use at a residence on the 1900 block of Bimelich Lane.

Identity theft reported

Police received a report at 12:15 p.m. Monday that someone had reportedly impersonated an individual at 724 W. Clark St. and customers were out several thousand dollars.

Juvenile cited for vape device

Police cited one juvenile for possession of a vape device on school property at 1:23 p.m. Monday at Albert Lea High School, 2000 Tiger Lane.

1 cited for violation

Police arrested Camren Michael Cunningham, 19, on a domestic abuse no contact order violation at 4:33 p.m. Monday at 715 S. Broadway.

Theft reported

Police received a report at 5:12 p.m. Monday of a Yeti cup that was reportedly stolen from a package at 1601 W. Ninth St. earlier in the month.

1 arrested on domestic charge

Deputies arrested Jon Bradley Born, 42, for domestic by fear at 11:59 p.m. Friday at 29139 890th Ave. 

 1 cited or driving after revocation after crash

Deputies cited Jeremy Shawn Graff for driving after revocation and non insurance after receiving a report of a motorcycle crash at 7:01 p.m. Sunday on Interstate 90 near milepost 173. 

Dog attack reported

A female was transported to the hospital after police received a report at 6 a.m. Friday of a girl being attacked by two dogs at the intersection of East Seventh Street and St. Joseph Avenue. One person was cited for dogs at large and unlicensed dogs. The dogs were declared as potentially dangerous.

School bus stop arm violation reported

Police received a report at 12:52 p.m. Friday of a school bus stop arm violation that occurred the day before near the intersection of Larimore Circle and Margaretha Avenue.

Hit-and-run crashes reported

A hit-and-run crash was reported at 2:22 p.m. Friday at 106 S. Broadway. An individual, whose name was redacted from police logs, was cited for no insurance, driving after revocation and failing to stop for a vehicle crash. 

A hit-and-run was reported at 1:14 p.m. Saturday near Marion Ross Street and North Broadway. 

A hit-and-run crash was reported at 2:21 p.m. Sunday near Garfield Avenue and Sheridan Street.

A hit-and-run crash was reported at 1:59 p.m. Sunday at 414 Ulstad Ave. Police cited Lori Ann Abrego, 49, for hit-and-run. 

1 arrested on warrant

Police arrested Shelley Elizabeth Bush, 21, on a Winnebago County warrant at 4:05 p.m. Friday at 929 S. Washington Ave.  

1 arrested for DWI

Police arrested Kyle Wesley Spence, 33, for third-degree DWI after a traffic stop at 2:19 a.m. Saturday near Bridge Avenue and Shellrock Street.

Wallet reported stolen

A wallet was reported stolen at 8:02 a.m. Sunday and a fraudulent charge already reported at 906 W. Front St. The theft was believed to have occurred between 10 p.m. Saturday and 6 a.m. Sunday.

Storage units broken into

A storage unit was reported broken into at 10:13 a.m. Sunday at 601 Pilot St. Numerous items were taken. 

A storage unit was reported broken into at 2:22 p.m. Sunday at 121 Garfield Ave.

A storage shed was reported rummaged through at 5:53 p.m. Sunday at 1806 S.E. Marshall St.
