Deputies arrested Jared Wayne Abraham, 33, on second-degree DWI refusal after receiving a report of a vehicle that was all over the road at 9:47 a.m. Monday at 29547 717th Ave. in Hartland. The driver was then passed out in the vehicle in the driveway.
