Police received a report at 10:47 p.m. Monday of an attempted robbery in the area of Third Street and Newton Avenue. One individual was reportedly stabbed.
Police stated both the victim and the suspect are juveniles.
The victim is in stable condition at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester.
Police stated the juvenile who was arrested is also believed to have been tied to a burglary reported at 3:28 a.m. Tuesday at 905 Frank Ave., where a jewelry box and checkbook were taken. The juvenile was arrested for first-degree burglary tied to that incident.

Window broken out of vehicle
A window was reported broken out of a vehicle at 2:45 a.m. Tuesday at 221 E. Clark St. The incident reportedly occurred sometime within the previous half hour.
Bike reported stolen
Police received a report at 10:44 a.m. Tuesday of a bike that was stolen at 401 E. Fourth St. sometime between Monday night and Tuesday morning.
1 brought in on warrant
Deputies picked up Preston James Lein, 32, on a local warrant at 10:04 a.m. Monday in Mower County.
Car broken into, items taken
A car was reported broken into and items taken at 10:51 a.m. Monday at 251 W. Main St. in Glenville.
Theft by check reported
Deputies received a report at 11:06 a.m. Monday of theft by check of a resident in rural Glenville.
Garage broken into
A garage was reported broken into at 11:22 a.m. Monday at 304 E. Main St. in Clarks Grove.
Bike reported stolen
A bike was reported stolen at 11:31 a.m. Monday at 209 First St. SE in Clarks Grove.
Graffiti reported
Graffiti was reported on the south side of the building at 12:13 p.m. Monday at 221 E. Clark St.
School bus stop arm violation reported
A school bus stop arm violation was reported at 2:32 p.m. Monday near the intersection of East 11th Street and South Broadway. The incident had reportedly occurred at 7:33 a.m.
Assault reported on bus
Police received a report at 4:32 p.m. Monday of a child who was getting hit multiple times on the school bus.
Items reported stolen
Police received a report at 11:28 p.m. Monday of items that were reported stolen at 1327 Margaretha Ave.
